A nationally recognized formal certification that enhances and unlocks opportunities in future NRM programs

The Center of Excellence enables NRM and related livelihood improvement across the State of Meghalaya, thus providing an opportunity to skill youth across the State to enhance their employability and also ensure sustainable management of their natural resources. The livelihood of the trained personnel's are expected to be ensured by linking ongoing capacity building efforts to skilling outcomes and recognizing the front-line cadre through Certification. This process will also make the trained cadre discoverable and reusable community assets for all future programmers.
